Happy Friday! It’s been another whirlwind week. We were in Connecticut installing a client’s home at the beginning of the week and today, I am heading to Midland, Michigan for a book signing tomorrow. Here’s what has been on my radar lately.
Style: I recently came across a new favorite style of jeans. After hearing about the ever-stylish Aerin Lauder’s collaboration with FRAME, I ordered a pair of the army green Le Crop Mini Boot jeans (they’re on sale for 50% off now!). They are so comfortable and I received a lot of compliments, so I did what any self-respecting woman would do and ordered a pair in a medium wash as well as a black pair! The silhouette is really flattering– I am tall with a curvier figure and since it can be difficult to find a pair of jeans I love, I have been super excited about these. I have lived in them this summer along with breezy dresses and know that they will transition seamlessly into fall.

Watch: If you’re looking for something to binge watch this weekend, I would highly recommend Succession on HBO. My husband, Fabian is kind of a busy body and normally can’t sit still long enough to watch a show with me and Succession commanded even his attention! Season 2 is just a few weeks from debuting, so it is the perfect opportunity to get caught up on Season 1. The series features brilliant performances by the ensemble cast as it follows the wealthy Roy family “as they contemplate their future once their aging father begins to step back from the media and entertainment conglomerate they control.” The family is described as a “pit of vipers” by a distant relative in one episode– an indication that there is never a dull moment. This is one of the best sales of the year because instead of discounting merchandise at the end of the season, you get to scoop up new fall and winter items at great prices.
