If you’re like me, you’ve likely been spending a lot of time at home during the pandemic. While I usually do some work over the weekends, I have been burning the candle at both ends recently, so I am doing my best to unplug. With fewer new TV shows airing, Fabian and I have been watching The Sopranos from the beginning and are on season 3 now. I am a huge fan of the show, but Fabian had never watched it in its entirety, so it’s been fun to watch it together. What a talented cast!
I am excited to share that all of the episodes of my podcast, The Style Files can now be found on our website under the Podcast tab. You’ll find all of the episodes for Seasons 1 and 2 including the latest episode with Nam Dang-Mitchell. Be sure to tune in next week when I’ll be sharing brand new episodes featuring Tom Scheerer and Michael S Smith! Speaking of podcasts, it was really fun to turn the tables recently as a guest on “A Well Designed Business“, LuAnn Nigara’s podcast. We talked a lot about my story and career path. I think you’ll find that there are a lot of valuable takeaways from the conversation. You can listen here.
I’m also thrilled to share that our store, Paloma & Co was recently included in Architectural Digest’s list of the “40 Best Home Stores in America“. We are honored to be amongst such incredible stores and are so grateful to our amazing team and wonderful customers for supporting our “little shop that could”!
Lastly, fall is just around the corner in spite of the record high temperatures! A new season means new books! I just received a shipment of some of the most eagerly awaited titles including More Beautiful by Mark D. Sikes, Arriving Home by James T. Farmer, and Designing History: The Extraordinary Art & Style of the Obama White House by Michael S Smith. I can’t wait to read them all this weekend.
